The facilities and staff at Candlewood Suites - Hartford Downtown were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a seating area, which were all great. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. The property exceeded all of our expectations and we will definitely choose it again for future trips.

I have stayed here before now, it's still an ideal hotel. The property was a useful base for enjoying a downtown area, very close to the xfinity theatre, shops and Hartford for concert had great time hopefully be back soon. Staff was exceptionally nice and hotel is fairly clean and ideal! I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus.

This hotel had great facilities, including a gym, a small heated pool, and free laundry facilities. These amenities made my stay more enjoyable and convenient. Additionally, the spacious suites and fully equipped kitchen in the room were a major plus. I was able to cook my own meals and feel at home during my stay. Lastly, the location was very convenient, especially if you have a car. It was next to the highway, making it easy to reach downtown and other areas around the city.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy. the room I was given did not match my reservation, which was frustrating.
